Tasmania’s Pete Cornelius Band are promoting their new album “Groundswell” with a gig at The Loft Chevron Island this Friday. Also playing are local artists the Brodie Graham Band and Sydney’s Arbori. Tickets can be purchased in advance ($12 plus booking fee from bigtix) or at the door (if available) for $15. Doors open at 8pm.
Future Classic act Touch Sensitive and The Swiss play a live double-header at Elsewhere Bar tonight, with back up from DJs Audun and Jaxon. Looks like this may already be sold out – check with the venue or Oztix.
Band of Frequencies bring you their distinctive sound at Soundlounge, with support from Zac Gunthorpe and surf grunge band Waxhead. $14.50 including BF in advance from the Soundlounge website or $16 at the door if available. Doors open 7.30pm, show starts at 8pm.
